When a reusable signing link helps
Reusable links can reduce manual preparation for standard NDAs, waivers, consent forms, vendor intake, and employee onboarding. The document owner still needs to decide whether a public link is appropriate for the information being collected.
What a WebForm can include
- Prefilled name, company, email, and reference fields
- Required signature, initials, date, and text fields
- An embedded experience inside a website or customer portal
- Signer access without a DocuMantra account
Availability
WebForms, reusable links, and embedded signing are planned capabilities and are not available in the current preview.
